Hello there.
My Name is Blayke Desvaux and before starting the 8 week challenge I was 97kg and once completing my first ever Yor health 8 week challenge I was down to 89kg and I feel this is a great start to achieving my fitness goal and I feel amazing.
I replaced one meal a day with a yor health shake ( breakfast most of the time) along with a probiotic capsule and with my second solid meal (dinner) i Also had one one prodigest capsule along with that meal. If I had a craving during the day I would have either a carrot, apple, can of tuna or one scoop of Yor health shake.
I trained with light cardio for about 20 mins 1-3 times a week in the mornings before work and trained with weights 3-4 times a week after work.
The challenge has changed my life and it is great, I'm now much faster and stronger then I ever was and have adapted quiet well to replacing at least one meal a day with a shake and now implementing this into my every day routine.
