So my 8 week challenge has finally finished, I have to say that the last couple of weeks have been the hardest for me as I only just got back from a 2 week holiday, however making sure I made it to the gym each morning before starting my day and taking my YOR shake for breakfast and lunch helped me not put on as much weight as I normally would have.

Before starting the 8 week challenge i was always bloated no energy or motivation to really do anything and I was always unhappy with the way my body looked so I thought to myself I had better do something about it because I won't get the body I want by doing nothing, So I joined and I am glad that I joined challenge.

I had gone with the sculpt pack which included everything I needed. I have six meals a day and with breakfast I take my YOR Shake, YOR repair ultra, YOR digest ultra & YOR probiotic ultra, With my lunch and dinner I also have my YOR supergreens before my gym workouts I take the Berry blast which gave me more energy to go longer and harder in the gym and I have to say that the products taste really good which makes it easier to take them daily.
I exercise once per day usually just doing weights but I try and put a little cardio in there as a warm up. Although I didn't reach my goal weight of 55 I lost body fat % and built muscle which I am stocked with.

The impact the challenge has had on my life, seeing results about 4 weeks in gave me more motivation to keep pushing myself. I am now more confident in things I wear like a bikini for instance going to the beach and being able to pull it off the feeling is great. Living a healthier lifestyle everything I eat now doesn't make me feel so bloated, yuck and tired, I now have a lot more energy and my skin has cleared up heaps from acne. Feeling good about myself inside & out is amazing and I am glad that I joined the challenge and will keep going on from here :)
