My weight before i started the challenge was 86. I didn't plan on putting any more weight on and only wanted to get leaner with more muscle definition, however i ended up with an extra 2 kilos of lean muscle mass which im very happy about.
I used most of the products on a daily basis and exercised about 4 to 5 times a week. The products helped me a lot with energy production for workouts as well as reducing the soreness after them during the following days. The berry blast, supergreens, repair ultras, probiotics and the protein shakes are my favourites.
After the 8 weeks i have found i feel overall a lot healthier, more energetic, sharper or clearer, stronger and just generally on top and in control of my own body.
I will most certainly continue using yorhealth products as it's definitely had a positive impact on my life and I'm not going back!

The above individual’s results may not be typical. As of October 2025, those who completed 8 weeks in the weight loss category of YOR Best Body lost an average of 13.86 lb (6.29 kg), or 1.73 lb (0.78 kg) per week. When replacing 2 out of 5 mini-meals per day with a meal replacement shake, the average person should expect to lose 1-2 pounds per week. As with any reduced-calorie diet, the amount of weight you'll lose will depend on the number of calories you consume in proportion to your weight. Optimal results are achieved when following the product regimen in combination with a healthy diet and exercise program.
Individual results may vary. Factors that may affect your results include (but are not limited to) your metabolism, exercise routine, diet, smoking, pregnancy, current medications and any medical conditions. As with any health or fitness program, regular exercise and a sensible eating plan are essential to achieve long-term weight loss results. No customer was paid for a testimonial.
