Basically my routine is compound about 6 days in 1 out. I hit the gym 6 days a week training one group per day. I was not doing cardio at all.
So i have my repair ultra in the morning before my first meal with 2 super slim capsules.
breakfast - Protein shake with greens, whey protein and fibers. 2 capsules of vitamins and 1 of digest enzymes.
Before lunch - 2 super slim capsules.
During lunch - 3 vitamins and 1 digest
Before and after workouts - YOR shake

In my day off the only thing i changed was about shakes, i had mine as a snack and before bad.
