That was my second challenge and for the second time I got surprise with my results. After the first challenge I gave 2 weeks break for my body before start this one. My strength still improving a lot and I am really amazed with the increase of my energy.
I used the sculpt set and as my first challenge I used all the products following the instruction wicht I got when I bought the products since I start the challenge till i finish it everyday.
I followed my exercise routine working out 4 times in the week and training Capoeira 2 times in the week.
Since I start to take the Yor Health products the way that I see and feel my body just improve. My strength increase so much my recovery is a lot better and my energy level its absolute crazy how good is this now. I cant imagine my routine without Yor Health Products any more.
