Hey, I'm Ryan Cantwell, customer and Yor health promoter. This is my second 8 week challenge, my first one really didn't turn out that well but I feel that I have improved with my second. It was hampered by a few outside external factors which did impact on my overall final result. I did start the challenge at 95kg and my goal weight was 100kg.. I actually didn't come anywhere close to that and at 93kg. I used the sculpt set products every chance I got and tried to do exercise everyday. Although I did not want to get the overall result I wanted it was my own fault and in no way the products. They have made me feel more cleaner and healthier than I have been in a long time, it has also helped with my outside factors as well. In my next 8 week challenge I hope to do even better. Thank you
