Hello! My name is Yurana Moua and I'm a part-time college student. Before using the YOR HEALTH products I was in sports to keep off the weight. And being in sports did help me in that area; however, right when I stopped playing sports I started to gain weight. At first, I didn't care about a few extra pounds of fat, but then the scale slowly increased over time and it was when I finally hit my heaviest weight, 160 lbs, that I finally said, "You know what? I need to lose some fat". So, I got started with a coffee diet. It did work and I was able to cut my weight by 10 lbs in two weeks, but for that to happen I was always feeling like I wanted to vomit, I didn't have the energy to study, and if you literally touch me I would feel so weak and drained that I would have to sit down somewhere to gather my strength again. I did do basic cardiac workout, but because I didn't have the energy to even do basic human movements, like sitting up or just standing, every time I would try to workout I would feel extremely dizzy and fatigue. Of course I didn't feel hungry during that time and that was the reason why I was able to lose weight, but it was only masking the hunger. I couldn't continue with the coffee diet anymore so I switched over to a tea diet and that didn't last long because I found out then that it was inconvenient to find hot water and the taste doesn't suit me. I decided to not think about my weight anymore and that was when the YOR HEALTH products came into my life! It has significantly helped me lose 20 lbs, going from 160 to 140, and so far I'm loving it! I'm able to have more energy throughout the day to go from school to back home. Whenever I do cardiac workout I don't feel dizzy and fatigue. I feel great; I don't have to feel like I want to vomit and puke all over the place.
The products that I used to get to my final weight would have to be the digestive ultra with the fiber and the MRP. When I feel hungry I take the MRP to quench my hunger, so I didn't have to eat so much a larger portion. Not only that, the fiber water and the digestive ultra did a absolutely fantastic role to cleaning my system. Without it I think I will still have that stomach full of waste. When I fist started out using the products I only used a small portion of it, because I would feel really bloated. If you happened to touch my middle section of my body there could have been a serious smelling consequence; but, when my body finally adjusted to the change I started using 3 scoops of fiber before I go to sleep, so that way it would clean my body the next day.
At first I didn't workout because I was occupied with college studies, but I wanted to lose more weight because my weight had come to a standstill, so the only way for me to lose that extra mass was to detox and put in more time to workout. My last two weeks was when I really worked out, even though it wasn't everyday for 1 hour, I was able to lose 7 lbs!
I can say with confidence that now that I have been exposed with the YOR HEALTH products and to have the knowledge as to how it works when it's in your system, if the YOR HEALTH products were to suddenly disappeared and gone I would be in despair! I've asked many people why they want to lose weight and many of them tell me that they want that confidence and that body, but they will always end that topic by saying that as much as they want it, they don't always have that driving force. The challenge is like a motivation factor that plays in your goals and what you what to achieve. And I love it because its the challenge that keeps me on track. I've had other family members who have done weight lose with other companies and product lines but the results are not as amazing and lasting as the YOR HEALTH product line! I love it and I will continue to stay on it!
