Before I stated my Challenge I was weighing 108lbs with a body fat percentage of 24%, I had gained a couple pounds from the holidays eating out with family and friends, of course I made a new year’s resolution goal to stick back to eating healthy, so I can feel more confident in my own skin. I joined the 8 week challenge again so I can get my body ready for the summer and actually keep it this time. I’m not going to lie it was hard at first because I love to eat food with a lot of flavor and oils in it, but knowing that I can depend on the yorhealth products so that I wouldn’t have to cut down all foods completely made me keep on going. I started with a Chocolate MRP every morning for breakfast, followed with 2 healthy meals for lunch and dinner making sure I take my digestive enzyme with it. At night I would take the probiotic on an empty stomach, I don’t have much time on my plate so I would only go to the gym 2-3 times a week, along with my workouts I would take Berry blast to boost up my energy. Joining this 8 week challenge made me realize that even having a busy schedule thanks to the Yor Health products and the Challenge I was still able to get my self in better shape, now I currently weigh 110lb with body fat of 19% which I cut down around 5lbs of body fat, and switched it for lean muscle. each day I'm more confident of my own body and I know if I continue to be aware of what I eat I can actual get more lean :)
