Hola comunidad de YOR Health estoy muy feliz por haber finalizado mi reto de 8 semanas, mi meta era bajar 8 kilos y logré bajar 10.
Estoy muy contento por que por fin estoy tomando las riendas de mi salud y de mi vida.
Entre al reto con el paquete BestBody para tener producto durante todo este proceso.
Al despertar tomaba mis probioticos seguido de mi malteada de vainilla mezclada con los Super Greens. Sabe delicioso y me da energia para iniciar mis mañanas. A medio dia tomo un Berry Blast para seguir teniendo energia hasta la hora de la comida. En la comida no me prive de nada y comia lo que los demas en mi casa solo que con el primer bocado me tomaba mis Digest Ultra y mis Essential Vitamins.
No tuve la oportunidad de ejercitarme como me hubiera gustado por una lesion en cervicales. Pero camine durante media hora 2 veces por semana. A la hora de la cena me vuelvo a tomar mi malteada y los Repair.
