Empecé con un peso de 75 kg, para terminar el reto ya pesé 70 kg, fue un cambio excelente que no había tenido antes en este tiempo, los productos que usé, fue el yor mrp en las mañanas junto con yor probiotics ultra y yor fiber plus, yor shape y yor vitamins 3 veces al día, yor digest despues de mi comida, el yor super green a media mañana y el yor berry blast en las tardes cuando necesitaba un poco de energía para realizar mis actividades, y por las noches tomaba yor MRP y yor repair.
La comida era algo normal, carne, pollo, pescado, acompañado de vegetales, arroz, no tenía algo de especial la comida, era una comida saludable.
