During and after the holidays my nutrition plan went out the drained. I started to crave more sweets and its was hard for me to get back on my workout routine. I became lazy. I gained about 10lbs and was at 26% body fat. I started to notice I wasn't going to the bathroom regularly becoming more constipated.

I decided to take control of my life again. I enter the 8 week challenge to lose 10lbs and lose body fat to become leaner.

I made sure I'm consistent with my products. Before my workout I take my complete burn to help me maximize my workout and burn more body fat and take my muscle energy to help me gain muscle and my intake for carbs. While scuplting it's important to intake protein and veggies, so I was getting my veggies from supergreen. I take my MRP right after my workout for post workout shake. Also I take repair after workout to help my body recover for the next day of intense workout. Probiotics plays a big part because it boosts my immune system so I don't get sick. To stay healthy so I can continue with the challenge it is important to not get sick. Before I was introduced to YOR health I would get sick 6-8 a year, but since being consistent on the YOR health product line, I haven't got sick yet.

I'm very happy with the result . I've lost 10lbs plus 10% body fat. Most of all, I'm feeling more confident and more happy of myself. I can go through my day with more energy. I'm glad I took control of my life again and I want to share this with everyone to impact people lives.
