Hola estoy muy contenta por los resultados que logre en este ciclo,llegue a mi meta en definición y en peso de 52 a 50 Kg, baje mis indices de grasa de 37.3 a 34.8, también baje en medidas de abdomen,cintura y cadera 2cm de cada uno y subí en brazo y muslo 1.5 cm de cada uno.


Mi rutina de ejercicio es de 30 minutos combinando aparatos de fuerza con cardio de lunes a viernes y los domingos una rutina que realizamos juntos el equipo de puebla es diferente cada domingo y nos la pone nuestro instructor.

Inicio el dia con una capsula de repair,berry blast, despues del gim MRP,un desayuno ligero, luego una colación, yor digest antes de comer, supergreens de colacion , una merienda ligera y termino mi dia con probiotics ultra.

Gracias al reto de yor bestbody toda mi familia tiene mas conciencia de cuidar nuestra alimentación y por eso los resultados creo que se notan nunca había tenido brazos y abdomen marcados, creo que la edad no es limitante para verse y sentirse bien, tengo 59 años y por eso me siento muy bien de lo que logre, nos vemos en el próximo ciclo.
