My goal weight was to get to 82KG and I reached 81KG which is the best I have ever been!!
I trained 6 days a week for 8 Weeks straight and I couldn't believe how much my strength increased again and how much definition I was able to gain.
I was on the Sculpt pack for this challenge.
I took the MRP for breakfast with my super greens and berryblast and MRP post workout, always had my probiotic and 2 repairs before bed, and digest ultra with my main 2 meals of the day.
I can can honestly say this is the best shape I have ever been in and this is the hardest I have ever trained and the results are evident!! So happy with this challenge!
