This is my second 8 week challenge and I've seen some amazing changes in my body! After my last challenge I found myself a bit out of routine in terms of exercising and eating due to going away over the holidays. It was definitely time for me to set some new goals and get straight back into it. I started this challenge at 49kg and finished at 48.5kg, while losing 5-6% body fat.
Over the 8 weeks I had a fiber and SuperGreens drink every morning and sometimes added berry blast when I needed it. I also used Digest Ultra with all meals and the probiotics and multi vitamins every day.
I trained 6 times a week, only doing weight training. Over the course of the challenge I have been preparing to enter a fitness model contest for the first time. Thanks to the products I feel healthy, strong and ready to compete. I have noticed such an increase in energy levels which has greatly improved my training and motivation to keep training.
