After being on the products for over 2 years they've made such a dramatic difference in my life. They were the catalyst that lead me to completely change my lifestyle and diet.

I now have a life full of energy and vitality to do the things I love.

Before this 8 week challenge I had attempted 3 others but never totally completed them due to getting sick or something coming up physically, which I now realize was due to not using all the products consistently.

However this time I was back on all the products and taking extra supergreens when I felt I needed it to recover. I made sure I used all the products which helped me train with much more intensity and not get sick the whole way though. The digest helped me to break down food easier and get everything from it, the fiber is definitely one of my favorites and an absolute essential, anyone that has had it would know why! While the probiotics always have helped keep my immune system strong.

This time I went all in and completely changed my diet to be eating whole foods all the way through and found the berry blast helped when I was feeling tired to get through my workouts.

I am really proud and happy with my results and finally finishing off a challenge to my potential. I know this is just the start and I will keep pushing my limits knowing I have Yor Health :)
