I weigh 130 lbs before the products, and now i weigh 133 lbs
I usually take MRP 2-3 times 2 scoops every day
I exercised about 3 times per week, and about 30 minutes a day.
The challenge really impact my life because its about challenging myself, and how long i can withstand it. Working out and exercising is a must for me and I think it should be a must for other people as well. But however, I felt really good when I first heard about the challenge, I like the idea when I actually read about it, because we are a health and nutrition company and the fact that we also have very competitive customers and reps I am glad that we can have something like the 8 weeks challenge. I love it, and I am looking forward for more challenge to come!
