I've joined many challenges and finished very few. I think maybe one. This challenge I told myself that I'm not going to compare myself. It's not about some starvation diet. It's about living a healthy life and with that a healthy body will appear. It's about me. It's about me and my relationship with food.

I took the entire line of products. I knew this was key to getting my body back into balance. I'm always on and off with my products but this time it was going to be different a. I was going to take every product religiously for 8 weeks. I took two of the Yor Shakes every single day. One for lunch and one before bedtime. I took the repair, probiotics, and complete burn every morning. I took digestive enzymes, vitamins and super slim with every meal. Fiber and SuperGreens before bed.

I am very proud to say that after much gained weight I've lost 11 pounds in the 8 week challenge. This is just the beginning. I'm joining the next 8 week challenge and the one after that and the one after that and the one next until I reach my goal. I've learned it's about compound effect. What I do day in and day out is what I will see in the mirror and have to live with.
