En la mañana Probiotics y Repair, depues Supergreens y Berryblast, media mañana un MRP, media hora antes de comer 2 capsulas de Yorshape, durante la comida un digest, media tarde otro Berryblast y durante el entrenamiento Muscle Energy!

Hago Crossfit de 4 a 5 dias por semana y cuand podia iba a correr los sabados o domingos.
