My name is Lyn Williams and I live in Australia. I work in an office all day so I am sitting down most of the day. Before joining YOR Health I thought I ate fairly healthy meals but did minimal exercise. Before I joined the 8 week challenge I weighed 77 kilos, my measurements were 98 cm around the waist, and105cm around the hips. Now after my 8 week challenge I weigh 70 kilos, my measurements are waist 88cm, hips 97cm.
Thanks to YOR health products my health has improved, I was able to stop taking a prescription medication after using YOR health probiotics which is so much better for you than prescription medication. I am so happy that I could stop that medication. I feel healthier and happier now and it feels so good to complain that my clothes are now too big. I used to wear baggy tops to cover my body as I was too embarrassed to wear tight fitting tops which I now wear.
I also suffer from Fybromyalgia and after taking YOR health repair I find I am not in as much pain and are able to exercise better and longer. I use products as follows: upon waking I would have YOR health Super Greens and YOR health Berry Blast (love the taste), then a half hour later I would have YOR health Super Slim then half to an hour later I would have 2 scoops of YOR health Shake and one scoop of YOR health Fibre Plus (once again I love both the vanilla and chocolate flavour). Then a half hour or so before lunch I would have another YOR health Super Slim then half hour later a salad for lunch. Once again I had a YOR health Super Slim before dinner. I would either have another shake or a very light dinner. After dinner I would have YOR health Probiotics and YOR health Digest Ultra. I also took YOR health Repair Ultra upon rising and last thing at night. I feel confident with myself and am so grateful to YOR health.
I have also gone from no exercise to now going on a treadmill and doing some cardiovascular exercises 5 days a week.
