I have joined the best body challenge for personal goal not to participate for the competition. The challenge helped me to stay focus and determined. From 97kg to 88.7kg in 8 weeks
Eat clean during the week with my meal prep usually contain sweet potato, broccoli, hardboiled egg with either salmon/beef steak/chicken breast. Weekend usual parents’ home cook meals

Daily product intake with meals:
Straight after waking up in the morning 1x capsule Probiotics Ultra & 1x capsule Repair Ultra
Breakfast: green apple & up and go with 2x tablets Essential Vitamin
Morning Tea: SuperGreens mix with Fiber Plus
Lunch: meal prep and fruit (orange & kiwi) with 2x tablets Essential Vitamins & 1x Capsule Digest
Afternoon Tea: 2x weet-bix sometimes will take Berry Blast depending on the day
Dinner: MRP with 2x tablets Essential Vitamins

Weekly workout routine:
Mon – Fri early morning 2km run
Mon: Chest and bicep
Tue: Legs
Wed: rest
Thu: Backs
Fri: Shoulder and triceps
Sat: boot camp training then touch footy
Sun: rest but will usually go for a 30km mt biking ride depending on the weather
