Soy estudiante de derecho este es mi primer ciclo mi primer reto de 8 semanas yo pesaba 90 kilos termine pesando 78 logre mis 3 metas propuestas en este reto mi primera meta fueron 7 kilos los cuales cumpli al mes de ahi mi segunda meta fueron 3 kilos mas para un total de 10 kilos y a la semana 2 cumpli esa meta de ahi dije 2 kilos mas y cumpli esta meta terminando la semana 8 :D
yo tomaba todos los productos diario tomaba
2 repeir
1-2 probiotics (temporada de calor)
1 malteada ( 1 de mrp 1 de super greens 1-2 de fibra)
de ahi me tomaba mis vitaminas 2-4 diarias}
tomaba 2-4 digest promedio
y los berry blast 1 diario cuando hacia ejercicio o si necesitaba estudiar por largas horas :D
por lo mismo que soy estudiante mi actividad fisica no es muy amplia porque entre la universidad y otras activiades tenia tiempo unicamente de salir a correr y 3 dias ir al gimnacio claro cuando tenia tiempo libre me iva los 5 dias
el desafio me impacto dado que soy un nuevo yo el lema del reto si es dado que no soy el mismo
eh progresado en mi fisico y en mi espiritu ya no soy la misma persona de hace 8 semanas soy una persona mucho mas fuerte tenaz decidida y constante
