I started my challenge weighing in 70kg and have now finished weighing in at 67kg. My goal was 65kg but I'm very happy with my results, I have leaned out and got rid of belly fat!
For as long as I can remember I have always suffered with IBS and a bloated stomach, Always Low on energy and a lack of motivation to train. So I was looking for something to help lift my game and that was when I was introduced to the Yor health product line. I read many success stories from other people who had entered the challenge and was very keen to enter myself and see what the products could do for me.
I can honestly say I have been blown away by the feeling and results it has given me!
I feel far more energetic! I'm more focused, My digestion runs smoothly, I recover after workouts much better, I sleep easy and wake up refreshed. I must add that all the products taste amazing and that really helped me stick to the challenge and stay focused.
Every morning I started my day with Yor berry blast, Yor Supergreens and Yor Fibre plus mixed together and also 2 Yor essential vitamins this kick started my day and gave me the energy to see me through to the end of my working day.
As a snack I would have the Yor shake followed later by lunch that consisted of rather chicken or beef with vegetables along with the Yor digest ultra and 2 Yor essential vitamins.
Before heading to the gym I used a Yor Superblast as a pre workout to give me extra energy for my training then immediately post workout I had another Yor shake.
Dinner each night consisted of rather fish, chicken or beef along with fresh salads or vegetables with small amount of carbs being rice or sweet potato but always had a Yor digest ultra with every dinner meal.
Before bed I would take 2 Yor repairs and 1 Yor probiotics.
I trained between 5-6 times a week mixing up a lot with weight training, circuit classes, kayaking and strength conditioning. I always had at least one day for recovery
A month before entering the challenge I injured my hand (broken scaphoid) which prevented me from doing some of the exercises in my training plan, never the less I pushed through and persevered with it, to now being fully recovered. Now I am fully recovered in going to carry on with training and enter another challenge and really focus on building more lean muscle mass as I now have a product line that fully supports me!
