I went into the 8 week challenge primarily to become healthy and get a better figure. I took my Yor products religiously every day of my challenge. In the mornings I would take my Yor Vanilla Shake with Super Greens and the Yor Complete Burn. I would have my one meal around lunch time with the Yor Complete Burn. At night I would take my Yor Vanilla Shake with the Yor Fiber Plus. I would do 45 minutes of cardio, five days a week. At the end of the challenge I lost 10 pounds and 2 inches off my waist. I know this is only the beginning and I know if I continue with the program I can reach my goal if not even more. I am excited to continue my journey!
