Mi nombre es Jose Alberto Mancilla Lopez y estoy muy contento ya que termine mi reto de 8 semanas y la verdad me siento muy contento y muy satisfecho con mis logros, a mi me hubiera gustado subir un poco mas de peso y marcarme pero creo que este el principio de YORhealth, la verdad ya tenia tiempo haciendo ejercicio y no habia logrado definir mi cuerpo como lo hice ahora.
