So this was my third to competing in the 8 week challenge and this one was by far the most challenging and also the most rewarding. I have been taking all products on a daily basis for the last two years and have always seen incredible results.

This challenge was no different during my first 4 weeks I was taking all the products daily and have 2-3 shakes to cope with my busy days. I managed to lose 5kg's taking me to my lowest weight since highschool. Unfortunately half way through my challenge I began to have trouble and work and at own stage it looked like I would be maid redundant. The stress of this caused me to awaken old bad habits and within 2 weeks I had eaten my way back to 84 kilos. Had my team not gotten behind me and supported me to finish the challenge I may have given up and eventually gotten back to my worst. In the end I maned to lose a total of 5.2kgs and am feeling incredible. I'm so blessed to have such an amazing company and team to support me in building my health and my business. I love yorhealth.
