(10:00 am)
Desayuno: 2 Yor essential vitamin, 1 Yor mrp c/ Yor fiber plus, 1 Yor berry blast.
(11:00 am)
snack: 1 medida Supergreens.
(1:00 pm)
Comida balanceada y 2 Yor essential vitamin , 1 Digest ultra.
(5:00 pm)
Snack: 1 medida supergreens.
(8:00 pm)

Antes de dormir: 2 Yor repair.
No tenia rutina de jercicio, solamente 1 o 2 veces por semana hiba al parque a caminar 30 minutos.
