First off, I'm going to share with you my back story.
This is my second 8 week challenge, the first one I entered in saw incredible results and achievements than I thought possible of myself in just 8 weeks.
I managed to place second and I was very happy (though surprised because there was some terrific challenge entries).

I then went on a holiday to New Zealand and I must say, I let myself go.
I lost a lot of muscle and strength and put on a surprising amount of fat. When I came home I realised just what I had put my body through.
I needed to hurry and start my next challenge and get my challenge body back!

I used everything from a sculpt kit and damn it felt good to use this gold again.
My energy sky rocketed and I was actually pumped for gym once again! I set myself a goal to gain 4 kg of muscle but as I progressed, I saw this wasn't the way to go.
I decided to cut my fat and replace it with muscle. That's just what I did.
I maintained my start weight and cut a lot of the fat from my body and I feel incredible!

The next time I go without products, feel free to slap me!
