Yo comencé el reto yorbestbody cuando inicie tenía 147 libras, buscando una solución a mi problema de estreñimiento. Cómence con el paquete adelgaza y meta era bajar 20 libras, pero después de ver los resultados no baje la libras deseada pero me siento feliz porque en mi 8 semana logre bajar 5 libras y bajar dos tallas, antes hacer el reto y abdomen se veía como una mujer embarazada sin tener hijos pero después de ver el de pues me siento feliz porque mi físico cambio para bien, también pude notar el cambio de mi salud, no podía ir al baño con facilidad ya que se me pasaban hasta 5 días sin poder ir al baño amo YOR health porque he podido regular este gran problema que hoy nos afectas tanto.
