La verdad me siento muy bien después de terminar mi segundo reto ,
Antes de empezar con los retos de yor pesaba 96 kilos y actualmente mi peso esta en 83 kilos y vamos por mas ...
Siendo sincero en cuanto al ejercicio, la verdad no realice ejercicio solo me tomaba los productos y me tomaba los probioticos en ayunas y el súper greens, también me tomaba la súper Slim 3 veces al día antes de cada alimento y a medio día me tomaba la digestiva antes de la comida y en tardes un berry y me cenaba la malteada de lunes a viernes. La verdad me siento muy bien porque ha mejorado bastante mi digestión ya que había probado muchas cosas y si me funcionaban solo los primeros días y con yor mi digestión funciona normalmente.
Empezaré mi tercer reto al cual le añadiré una rutina de ejercicios y se que mis resultados serán formidables porque estoy convencido que los productos de yor son buenísimos
