This challenge was the best thing i did for myself in years. I've made so many promises to myself about getting fit and eating better. But I never did. I ended up over weight, had nothing to wear and almost 200lbs.

Even my own mom was commenting on my weight gain, and suggested I do something about it. I was in major denial. It wasn't until I had a family event to attend and realized I had nothing to wear that wouldn't expose my ever growing gut.

All my dress paints where tight around waist and jeans were too casual to wear. All of my dress shirts are a size medium, and I was no longer a medium. All I had left was last years summer polo shirts that was loose enough to fit. It was sooooo depressing.

I couldn't blame anyone but me for my results. Its not like I didn't know what I was doing. I was eating chinese food, and pizza 3 to 4 times a week, going out with my friends on the weekends eating out, dinner, frozen yorgurt, a Carmel Macchiato here, a Carmel Macchiato with extra cream there... I just didn't care.

Most of the time I could be very skeptical and cynical, but when I saw my friend Con Le win the 8 Week YORBESTBODY Challenge, I decided that I would commit and really start taking the YOR Products. I began my challenge at 197lbs, with about 25% Body Fat. I ordered my products, started taking my shakes, my complete burns, and enzymes on a regualr basis.

I even signed up at a second gym 2 blocks from my house to elminate any possible excuse that could have to spiral off track. I was so deteremind I even told the General Manger of the gym that I was starting an 8 week challenge, and even though I am a member at another competing gym I wanted to commit to my 8 Week Challenge. He let me start with no money down =D. That saved me $50, so I brought 2 more bags of YOR MRP lol.

My regimen was super simple! I took my products on a regular scheduled as best as I could. I jumped rope for 10 minutes everyday, well all most ;) and after about 2 weeks, I felt pumped enough to start going to the gym about 2 to 3 times a week.

Once I started it was easy to keep going, because a lot of my friends were also doing the challenge and seeing their progress on facebook inspired me, especially knowing that I could've achieved my desired results if I did the challenge when my friend Con asked me too.

Within my first 2 weeks, my gut started to slim down. It was crazy hard to even do a crunch. My gut made me feel like I was trying to squeeze a 5lb bag of sugar between my stomach. I was super excited when it started to disappear. What really saved me was the Complete Burn and the MRP Packets! Anytime I had a craving i ripped opened a pouch. If I was running late I grabbed a few pouches. It was so conviennent I felt like James Bond, with my Super Meal Replacement. In less then 2 minutes I could make a quick meal, feel full and ready to go. The Complete Burn made my workout sessions 1000% better. I was stronger, leaner, and I was burning fat like I never did before. I see why my friends got so cut up.

If I had to choose my top secret weapon, it was The Digestive Enzymes! I took them with every meal to break down all the things I was eating. I noticed it really helped me with my digestion and helped flatten my stomach, I was going like clockwork! To be completely honest I could not stop myself from eating my favorite junk foods, I know their bad for my tummy, but boy they are yummy lol.

I limited myself to 1 big bag of chips per week, and 1 bin of Blueberry Streusel mini muffins, boy are they good. I was able to curb majority of my cravings with a Chocolate MRP and a few shakes of ciniminan spice. ITS CRAZY GOOD AND FULFILLING. I never had the optinon before to eat something sweet, tasty and be full. Thats why I enjoyed the challenge I didn't give up any of my favorite snacks,

At the end of my Challenge I am down to 185lbs, I'm much leaner, I've lost my gut, all my clothes fit me a gain, I feel like a brand new me. Thinking back about my size, i immediately think: I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THE OLD ME! If you NEED to lose your gut, or some weight the 8 Week Challenge is for YOU. I love the Challenge. It works. Take the products. If your not a gym rat, jump some rope, and 8 weeks later I know anyone and everyone can go down at least 1 or 2 pant sizes =D It worked for me. ITS CHANGED MY LIFE! IM MORE CONFIDENT, IM MORE FIT, AND IM TAKING THE CHALLENGE AGAIN!
