Hello, my name is Dave. I am a Type 1 Diabetic and decided to start taking control of my health and my life. I started the YOR 8 week-best body challenge and it has taken me from 221 lbs to 207 lbs. Some of my favorite products during this challenge were the Digest Ultra, YOR Fiber Plus and the YOR Protein Shakes.
