my first 8 week challenge is complete, and it literally has changed my life!
before starting my 8 week challenge with Yor Health, i always struggled to put on lean muscle mass, and was seen as underweight! this then left me with little energy and day to day routines became a struggle!
when i was introduced to the products by my personal trainer, i jumped on the sculpt pack hoping this would allow me to put on the much needed muscle mass i wanted!
i was having 6 meals a day, taking the Yor vitamins with 3 of my main meals, the Yor digest with 2 of my biggest meals for the day, incorporating the Yor MRP as a snack 1-2 times a day, starting my day with the Yor supergreens and fibre. I was using the Yor berry blast as a pre workout before the gym and to replace my morning coffee!
before bed i was taking the repair and probiotic, which changed my sleep dramatically!
I was training in the gym 3 times a week with a personal trainer, and concentrating on cardio and abs the other 3 days a week, leaving 1 day a week as a rest day to help recover!
coming to the end of my challenge, i noticed masaive changes in my body, i was able to get through masaive gym sessions with ease, is started lifting heavier weights, my energy throughout the day was a massive high, and i was able to put on the muscle mass in which i set out to do over the 8 weeks!
my body is in the best shape it has been in a long time, and this is all with great help from the Yor Health products! there a massive game changer!
