8 weeks ago I was feeling sluggish, tired, and not feeling good about myself and this was having a flow on effect in all different areas of my life. I went into this 8 week challenge weighing 97kg and ended up losing 24kg and now weigh 75kg, and I couldn't feel any better!!!
