Mi peso inicial era de 91 kg y mi peso ahora es de 86 kg la verdad estoy muy contento y mi autoestima es otra. Durante el reto la forma en que tome los productos de yor Healt era al despertar tomar una cápsula de probioticos con un gran vaso de agua posteriormente una hora después me preparaba mi MRP y esto era mi desayuno unas dos horas después mi merienda era una fruta, para la tarde al momento de la comida al segundo bocado me tomaba una cápsula de ultradigest y en la noche me tomaba otra porción del MRP para complementar el día. En la manera que fui sintiendo cambios empece por caminar un poco los fines de semanas ya que no estaba acostumbrado hacer ejercicio. Este reto llego a cambiar mi vida y recomiendo ampliamente los productos y yo no pienso dejarlos.
