Hola mi nombre es Marilyn. Yo empece mi reto con 92kg y mi peso final fué de 90kg. La pérdida de peso no fué muy significante pero obtuve otros resultados que para mi son mucho mejores que bajar de peso. Debido a mi mala alimentación yo padecía de muchos problemas digestivos como colitis, estreñimiento y gastritis,cuando comia me inflamaba muchisimo y me dolía el estómago. Hoy estoy muy contenta ya que todos esos problemas ya no existen, y puedo gozar de una muy buena digestion. La manera en que me tomaba los productos: al levantarme me tomaba un vaso de agua, a los 5 minutos me tomaba una capsula de probióticos, a los 5 minutos me tomaba el yor supergreens, a la hora me tomaba mi malteada MRP. Como colacion comía frutas o almendras/nueces. A la hora de la comida comía normal, solo controlando la ingesta de harinas y sin tomar bebidas azucaradas. Al segundo bocado me tomaba dos cápsulas de ultradigest. En la cena comía algo ligero y en caso de que cenara algo mas pesado me tomaba mi ultradigets. Por ultimo, recomiendo muy ampliamente los productos de yorhealth y estoy muy contenta con los resultados. Y no dejare de consumirlos.
