I have always been fit and healthy in High School. I was competing in one of the toughest sport known to Man, WRESTLING. I was an Super Strict Self Disciplined athlete so being fit for competition was never an issue, but after graduating I became lazy and my health took a decline. I felt as if I really did not have anything competing for or worth competing for. I began to eat less healthy and ate only at convenience(which obviously meant a lot of fast food). I hated the feeling of food coma and dreaded the aftermath. On a daily, I procastinated and always postponed exercise. When I heard about the 8 week challenge, I got started right as soon as I can.

I used all of the products in the Sculpt set in order to become sculpted and ripped up. I took the products on a daily, I love the Muscle Energy, the digest ultra, and the Repair!!!! I exercised 5-6 days per week.

Will Smith once answered to an interviewer that he "does not get in shape for movies, he stays in shape".
I never truly embodied that quote but after getting my health and wellness back Ive learned that if I consistently stayed in shape I would have never had to work so hard to get everything I once had back. The Challenge has helped me push myself further, It has brought back out the inner competitor inside me and it has re-vitalized my health and wellness once more.
