Finishing off this cycle of the 8 Week Challenge I am feeling the best ever!!!! I decided that I wanted to put myself to the challenge and sculpt my body the best I could. I feel this challenge has helped me step into my confidence. I decided this year that I am going to enter into a NPC Bikini fitness competition. I knew that I needed to start somewhere and the 8 Week Challenge was the perfect step to get me going. I started the challenge at 111lbs and finishing up I have been able to gain 5lbs of lean muscle! Not quite at my goal but the results have made me proud! :)
In the morning I wake up and take my YOR probiotics Ultra along with my YOR Supergreens to get my day going. I take the YOR Digest ultra with each meal throughout the day. After work I shake up my YOR Muscle Energy to help prepare me for my workout ... And let me tell you, this product has been able to help me push through my weight training workouts!!!! I love it!!!! After my workouts I replenish my body with the YOR Shake mixed with the YOR Fiber Plus and a scoop of almond butter. Along with a balanced healthy diet, I know that these products have made all the difference in my 8 week challenge progress.
