yo comencé a tomar los productos yor ya que a pesar de no contar con suficiente tiempo diariamente trato de hacer deporte sobretodo los fines de semana, siguiendo las recomendaciones sugeridas me he sentido bastante bien y aun que no se refleja en el peso perdido he tenido bastantes beneficios como son los dolores de las articulaciones incluso me siento mas agil

hago ejercicio 2 o 3 veces por semana ademas de los fines de semana
todos los productos de yor que he tomado me han echo sentir un cambio me han hecho sentir mejor pero los que en realidad me han marcado son el yor berry blast que en realidad te da un golpe de energia sin tener el bajon despues como otros productos y el yor repair ya que tenia yo un dolor continuo en mis rodillas y gracias a este producto ya no duele
