I visited YOR in Cancun this year and I let my diet get off track. I mostly ran and lifted weights infrequently due to my commitments to my job and YOR. I know if I commitment my time to this business now I will have more time to work out later, so I mainly focused on my diet and taking the products. The Supergreens were my secret weapon and, even though I only ran a few times a week, I managed to lose about 2kgs/5lbs, so I'm very happy with that.
