I started this challenge at 92 pounds which is the most underweight I've ever been. It's hard to eat and put in a workout on a full time work schedule. When I became 92 pounds I felt weak and fragile.
I started to take more shakes and eat cleaner, and eat every couple hours, while incorporating at least 3 nights of workouts after I came home from work.
I'm happy to say that I was able to gain 6 pounds of lean weight, which was 3 more pounds from my goal weight of being 95 pounds.
