Use la proteína , berryblast , Tomaba todas estos productos diariamente durante mi reto de 8 semanas tal cual esta indicado en la leyenda de cada producto , el ejercicio fue aumentado en frecuencia de menos a mas al principio de 3 días por semana después subí a 4 y ya por ultimo a 5 días por semana así como también la forma de los ejercicios de mas ligueros a mas pesados , este reto ha tenido un gran impacto en mi vida porque en diariamente tuve que cambiar algunos alimentos con azucares y con grasas y harinas , personalmente es un reto porque aveces lo que te gusta no es lo mas sano , como a mi que me gustan las empanadas de queso y piña con azúcar y los tacos de carne con queso con tortilla de harina, fue un reto porque me gustan estas cosas pero hice lo mejor por sacar el mejor resultado.
