3 months after having my baby I have completed my 8 week challenge with YOR health and am starting to feel like my old healthy self . I gained over 30 kg during my pregnancy and did not eat well at all. After starting using the products I noticed an increase in energy and an over all feeling of wellness even after only getting 4 or 5 hrs sleep with the new bub most nights. I used the supergreens with berry blast as well as the multivitamins, digest ultra and the super slim. Using the products all together I believe really kick started my weight loss and fitness goals for the year. I had an emergency c section so getting back into exercise has been a slow process so I really needed some extra help to shake some of those kg's. Now I'm exercising about 4 times a week but sometimes could only manage once or twice a week as I was still recovering from the surgery.
