Me sentí increíble en este reto, la verdad que vi cambios en mi como nunca antes, la diferencia es super notable, inicie pesando 73 kilos y hoy peso 75, mi masa muscular aumento notablemente, me sentí super bien ya que esta ocasión me toco probar el nuevo producto yor repair ultra y de verdad que la recuperación después de los entrenamiento era super por mucho a su versión anterior, los productos que yo tomaba eran probioticos al despertar junto con supergreens, 2 horas mas tarde me tomaba mi MRP, me iba a entrenar y al terminar me tomaba mi muscle energy, en las comidas me tomaba mis enzimas digestivas y mas tarde me tocaba entrenar de nuevo pero 15 minutos antes me tomaba mi berryblast para andar perfecto con mi energía para la noche me tomaba mi MRP para antes de acostarme y un 2 repair ultra que la verdad los recomiendo mucho para cualquier atleta o persona normal, mi rutina de ejercicios era de lunes a viernes 2 veces al día, la verdad que estoy agradecido con yorhealth y su linea de productos porque a pesar de que ya había tomado otras cosas antes, jamas había logrado los resultados que tengo hoy y de esta forma tan rápida, muchas gracias yorhealth y el reto de 8 semanas yorbestbody.
