Okay! So I will admit - I'm not as pleased with my final shots as I'd like to be!
I've taken the final photos this morning two days after my fitness competition - which means I ate a LOT of food in celebration and lost all my definition! lol! (You guys ever heard of a funnel cake? Seriously, wow. Haha!)

With that said though, I am so happy with the shape of my body and how I actually FEEL these days. I feel so much more confident, so much stronger and I have my training mojo back! For an entire year I avoided being in a bikini... I was mentally unstable, lost and I had completely lost my confidence. As a result, my will to train was lost and I didn't feel right inside my own body. I finally feel like me again, which I am so grateful for.

Through the 8 week challenge I used Supergreens, Berry Blast, Fibre, Digest, Yor Shake and the Probiotics. These products have made such a massive difference to the way I feel and I no longer use any harsh pre workouts just to get through my day or a training session. I learned a big lesson a long time ago about how harsh chemicals from pre workouts and such can hurt my body - It's a blessing to have come across a product line that allows me to train and grow naturally without putting my body through stress and dumping chemicals into it it really doesn't need.

My training regime was to do weight training on average 6 times per week with the specific goal to build muscle. I actually started out at around 21% body fat at 51kg and I believe on competition day a couple days ago was around 15% and at 52kg...a MASSIVE improvement and goes to show how much you body composition can change with some love and the right fuel!

So, even though I'm being hard on myself just for the final photos and lack of abs (I will get you for next time, yes I will!), I am actually really proud of myself and can't praise these products enough to helping me achieve what I have and giving me my sass back! I'm hopping straight onto the next challenge! Let's do it!
