Curiosamente Inicie mi reto con el mismo peso que termine

La diferencia es que tengo 2 semanas haciendo ejercicio de alto rendimiento, creo que si hubo resultados

Lo que hice diferente en este reto es utilizar el YOR Muscle Energy para hacer mi rutina de ejercicio
