My name is Elise Boyd and WOW what can I say! I am so grateful to my trainer for introducing me to these products and the 8 week challenge for keeping me focused and accountable. This is my fifth challenge and my results just keep getting better and better.
Before I was introduced to YOR Health and before I took part in this 8-Week challenge, I had been committed to getting fit and toned for 3 years and had tried everything from eating plans, cardio, weight training, cross fit, and personal training, but I was never able to get the results I was after. Before starting the products I struggled with low energy every day where I would rely on an energy drink or gym pre work out to get me through the day and I also suffered from severe bloating to the point where tight clothes were just not an option.
When my trainer Kate introduced me to the products I was excited to give them ago! My energy improved straight away and the fact that there was no ‘crash’ at the end of the Berry Blast was such a relief from what I was use to with energy drinks and pre work outs. Within the first week my digestion really improved, my bloating reduced and now my stomach is constantly flat and toned. I have never felt so good in my life, so energized and full of life. Something else I have noticed whilst being on the products consistently for 12 months, the cellulite that I had noticed forming, is actually now non-existent, which is absolutely amazing!
During this challenge, I decided to challenge myself even further by setting a goal of competing in fitness modelling in June 2015. I ate 100% clean during this challenge, whilst exercising 6 days a week with a combination of walking cardio and weights. I have found other competitors are struggling for energy, having severe food cravings, their sleep is poor and their recovery from the gym is making it harder for them to reach their goals. I can honestly say, without these products I would not have been able to get through the past 8 weeks of preparation for my competition. I have been able to maintain my energy levels, I am sleeping through the entire night, I am not getting sore from my workouts and food cravings are non-existent. My overall goal is to be able to inspire friends, family and all the females out there, who are unhappy with the way they look, that it is possible to reach fitness goals and be happy in your own skin and if I can do it, anyone can! I am finally happy, healthy and confident in my own skin and this has improved so many aspects in my life, I am so grateful. I cannot wait to see my results at the end of my next 8 week challenge.
My daily routine is pretty simple to follow. When I wake up, I make a YOR SuperGreens, YOR fibre & YOR Berry Blast shake and have whilst I am warming up at the gym (my favourite products). At Lunch & Dinner I take a YOR Digest Ultra & 2 YOR Essential Vitamins and then before bed I take a YOR Probiotic Ultra & 2 YOR Repair Ultra.
