Estoy super contenta y agradecida con las personas que me presentaron este reto de 8 semanas, la verdad es que me ha cambiado totalmente la vida y me veo y me siento mucho mejor.
Yo adquirí un paquete balance y al despertar me tomaba mis deliciosos supergreens, a la desayunaba, entre comidas una fruta, venia la hora de la comida y era cuando tomaba mis enzimas después del primer bocado, para la cena era la hora de mi MRP que el sabor me encanto, yo lo mezclaba con 1 cucharada de fibra y de verdad que me ayudo muchísimo tanto que no recuerdo que es el estreñimiento.
Mi rutina de ejercicios era 3 veces por semana, lunes, miércoles y viernes solamente 30 minutos.
