I enjoyed doing the challenge as it helped me to set goals for myself. I didn’t lose much weight over all but I am so impressed with my end result and how much definition I achieved without signing up for a Gym membership. In using the Yor Health products I didn’t use the supper slim tablets but used all of the other products every day without fail. I love having my smoothy every morning, as it gives me a great start to the day. With my work I do a lot of sport in the week which allowed me to exercise at least 3 times a week which includes doing some Gym, walking and running around playing games. I worked on my abs 5 to 7 times a week and that was a challenge for me doing them at 5am. I love using Yor Health products as they make me feel amazing and I don't suffer that blotting feeling anymore. Even though I have finished my challenge I never once felt that I couldn't continue as my body was getting the proper nutrition it needed. I have enjoyed doing this challenge while using the Yor Health products.
