Working full time and studying part time, the Yor Health product range has been incredibly helpful in my overall energy, allowing me to exercise hard every day. My routine on the products consisted of super greens berry blast and fiber first thing every morning, which gave me the boost I needed to work out early before work each day. I relied heavily on the Yor Shake and Repair Ultra for recovery, so I could keep my exercise routine consistent , and I also believe the shake helped me add the muscle weight I was aiming for.
