First started decide to enter Yorhealth “8 week body challenge”. I was confused and curious about how my body is going to respond to the products. Due to my new job's schedule has always changed.After reading and searching so I stick with the products suggestions. I have lost 4 kg on my first 2 weeks.
The result is very outstanding. I stay more actively, energetically also feeling stronger than ever.
This is my 8 week program.
6.30 am.

Work out at gym. (5 - 6 hour weight training a week and 13 km quick walk to work per week)
